I’m a technology program leader with a career spanning more than two decades, connecting business priorities with the teams and systems that deliver them.
My work spans enterprise transformation, platform modernization, cybersecurity and Agile delivery. I align business priorities, product direction and delivery commitments, making risks and dependencies clear enough for leaders to act on.
I also lead a team working with multiple AI tools, applying AI to planning and delivery tracking. Alongside enterprise work, I create applications of my own: setting product direction, choosing workflows and guiding AI-assisted implementation from idea to working experience.
